Registration information.

When you submit the registration form, Sargam Music Academy receives the student and parent or guardian information you provide, including contact information, class interests, consent choices and the student’s birth date.

How information is used

This information is used only to review the registration, contact the family, discuss classes and administer the student’s enrolment. The website does not place registration submissions in a public database.

Email delivery

Form submissions are processed through a secure Cloudflare Worker and delivered by Resend to Sargam Music Academy’s authorized email inboxes. Resend acts as the email delivery provider and processes the submitted information for that purpose.

Photo and video consent

The registration form allows a parent or guardian to separately choose whether the academy may use the student’s photo or video on social media. Choosing “No” does not prevent registration.
